Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
Account info (email, hashed password via Supabase Auth), profile data you enter (name, headline), resume content you upload, AI-generated outputs, job tracker entries, and usage data (feature counts, timestamps).
2. How We Use It
To provide and improve our AI tools, pre-fill your data across features, send service emails, show usage analytics, and improve Applyo's quality.
3. Storage & Security
All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) on every table — only you can access your own rows. Resume files live in encrypted, private Supabase Storage.
4. AI Processing
Your resume and job descriptions are sent to Google Gemini to generate outputs. We send only what's necessary and do not use your data to train Google's models.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers required to operate Applyo (Supabase for database/storage, Google for AI).
6. Your Rights
Access, deletion, correction, and export of your data. Email privacy@applyo.app to exercise any right.
7. Cookies
Used only for authentication (Supabase session management). No advertising or tracking cookies.
