Terms of Service
Effective June 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Applyo, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The Service
Applyo is an AI-powered job application assistant — resume improvement, cover letters, emails, interview prep, job tracking, and discovery. Features vary by plan (Starter, Pro, Business, Team).
3. Your Account
Provide accurate info, keep credentials secure, be at least 16 years old, and use one account per person.
4. Acceptable Use
Don't create fraudulent applications, bypass plan limits, scrape or abuse our API, or upload content that violates others' rights. Always review AI output before submitting it.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and personalizing content before use. We don't guarantee accuracy or outcomes.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans bill monthly and renew automatically with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the period. Refunds available within 7 days of a new billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
You own your uploads and AI outputs. You grant Applyo a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Applyo is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee employment outcomes. Liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.
